中新网合肥3月20日电 (胡光林 徐永杰)记者20日从安徽省司法厅获悉，为充分发挥仲裁职能作用，全力服务优化营商环境建设，日前，安徽省司法厅部署，在该省范围开展百场“优化营商环境”仲裁进企业专项活动。
安徽省司法厅表示，此次专项活动旨在通过仲裁服务进企业，增强企业对仲裁法律制度的认识和了解，提高企业通过仲裁解决纠纷的意识和能力，促进企业依法经营、依法管理，为优化营商环境提供有力的法律支撑。
活动将组织仲裁机构、律师等专业人员深入企业，开展法律咨询、仲裁宣传、案例解析等服务，帮助企业预防和化解经营中的法律风险。同时，还将通过座谈、培训等形式，向企业普及仲裁法律知识，解答企业在合同签订、履行过程中遇到的法律问题。
