北京市生态环境局表示，受不利气象条件影响，预计3月15日至17日，北京市空气质量将达到重度污染水平。为此，北京市将采取一系列应急减排措施，包括加大对施工工地、道路扬尘、工业企业排放等污染源的监管力度，减少污染物的排放。同时，建议市民做好健康防护，儿童、老年人和心脏病、肺病患者等易感人群尽量避免户外活动。
