“抓前端、治未病”绘就好“枫”景
在今年全国两会上，全国人大代表、最高人民法院党组成员、副院长李占国接受中新网记者专访时表示，法治建设既要抓末端、治已病，更要抓前端、治未病。
李占国指出，党的二十大报告明确提出，健全共建共治共享的社会治理制度，提升社会治理效能。深化矛盾纠纷多元化解，推动新时代“枫桥经验”在街镇社区、各行各业落地落实，是贯彻落实党的二十大精神的具体举措。
“枫桥经验”的核心要义是坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”，坚持和发展矛盾纠纷预防在先、关口前移、源头治理的理念，健全完善党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障的矛盾纠纷多元化解机制，把矛盾纠纷化解在基层、解决在萌芽状态。
李占国强调，要深化矛盾纠纷多元化解，推动新时代“枫桥经验”落地落实，需要坚持党的领导，发挥人民调解、行政调解、司法调解等多元主体作用，形成合力，共同维护社会和谐稳定。
同时，要创新矛盾纠纷化解方式，充分运用现代科技手段，建立健全矛盾纠纷在线调解平台，实现矛盾纠纷“网上化解、指尖治理”。
此外，还要加强矛盾纠纷化解队伍建设，培养一支政治素质好、业务能力强、作风过硬的矛盾纠纷调解员队伍，为矛盾纠纷多元化解提供坚强保障。
李占国表示，最高人民法院将以党的二十大精神为指引，深入贯彻习近平法治思想，不断深化矛盾纠纷多元化解，推动新时代“枫桥经验”落地落实，为维护社会和谐稳定、建设法治中国作出新的更大贡献。

Li Zhanguo pointed out that the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states the need to improve the system of social governance based on joint construction, joint governance, and shared benefits, and enhance the effectiveness of social governance.
