拗九节是福州的传统节日，寓意着“孝顺父母，福寿绵长”。今年的拗九节活动以“拗九传孝道”为主题，旨在弘扬中华民族传统美德，营造尊老爱幼的社会风尚。
活动现场，精彩的文艺演出拉开序幕，老人们表演的腰鼓舞、合唱等节目赢得阵阵掌声。随后，主办方为现场长者送上热气腾腾的拗九福粥，表达对他们的敬意和关怀。
此外，活动还展示了拗九福粥的食材，如香菇、虾米、花生、红枣等，寓意着长寿、健康、团圆。现场还设置了互动体验区，让市民亲身体验拗九福粥的制作过程。

Fuzhou, March 7 (China News Service) – The Fuzhou Ajiu Festival special themed event “Ajiu Celebrates Filial Piety, Fragrance of CongeeFills Rongcheng” was held today at Rongcheng Square in Cangshan District.
The Ajiu Festival is a traditional Fuzhou festival that symbolizes “filial piety to parents, longevity and good fortune.” This year’s Ajiu Festival event is themed “Ajiu Celebrates Filial Piety,” aiming to promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and create a social atmosphere of respecting the elderly and loving the young.
At the event, a wonderful cultural performance kicked off the festivities, with elderly performers showcasing waist drum dances and choirs, winning rounds of applause. Subsequently, the organizers presented steaming bowls of Ajiu congee to the elderly in attendance, expressing their respect and care.
In addition, the event also displayed the ingredients of Ajiu congee, such as shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, peanuts, and red dates, symbolizing longevity, health, and reunion.
