北京大模型产业联合体成立，华为等 24 家单位联合发力
2 月 29 日，在中关村论坛系列活动【第二届北京人工智能产业创新发展大会】上，华为、智谱 AI、百川智能、中国科学院自动化研究所、中软国际、首都在线、第四范式、格灵深瞳、中科创达、软通动力等北京 24 家企事业单位联合发起成立了“大模型应用产业联合体”。
该联合体旨在汇聚北京地区大模型产业链上的优势资源，促进大模型技术创新和应用落地，打造具有全球影响力的北京大模型产业集群。
大模型是一种机器学习模型，它使用海量数据进行训练，能够执行各种自然语言处理任务，如文本生成、翻译、问答和摘要。近年来，大模型在人工智能领域取得了突破性进展，并已在搜索引擎、内容生成、智能客服等多个领域得到应用。
北京市经济和信息化局副局长王磊表示，北京拥有良好的大模型产业发展基础，聚集了众多大模型研发机构和应用企业。成立大模型应用产业联合体，有利于整合资源、协同创新，推动大模型技术在更多领域落地应用，促进北京人工智能产业高质量发展。
华为云 AI 产品线总裁马超表示，华为将发挥自身在云计算、人工智能等领域的优势，与联合体成员单位共同推进大模型产业发展，打造开放、协同、共赢的大模型生态。
智谱 AI 创始人兼 CEO 黄继新表示，智谱 AI 将与联合体成员单位合作，共同探索大模型在医疗、金融、教育等领域的应用，推动大模型技术惠及更多行业和人群。
百川智能创始人兼 CEO 李鸣表示，百川智能将与联合体成员单位携手，打造大模型应用的产业化平台，助力大模型技术赋能千行百业。
据悉，大模型应用产业联合体将围绕大模型技术创新、应用场景拓展、产业生态建设等方面开展工作，打造大模型产业发展新高地。
