近日，国内最大的AI模型、AI创作分享社区LiblibAI发文称，其发现“一舟智能”未经授权上传了社区的近百个模型，并用作商业化，损害了公司和模型创作者的权益。
据LiblibAI团队统计，被搬运的模型共有97个，包括北邦的“梦境中国｜国风无涯山水”、叶叶叶叶叶的“Zenpainting ｜禅意插画”、墨悠的“墨悠人造人”、Arxchibo的建筑类模型等。
LiblibAI表示，这些模型都是社区创作者经过长时间训练和调优的成果，具有较高的商业价值。而“一舟智能”未经授权上传和使用这些模型，侵犯了创作者的著作权和商业利益。
LiblibAI已向法院提起诉讼，要求“一舟智能”停止侵权行为，赔偿损失。
