近日,国内最大的AI模型、AI创作分享社区LiblibAI发文称,其发现“一舟智能”未经授权上传了社区的近百个模型,并用作商业化,损害了公司和模型创作者的权益。
据LiblibAI团队统计,被搬运的模型共有97个,包括北邦的“梦境中国|国风无涯山水”、叶叶叶叶叶的“Zenpainting |禅意插画”、墨悠的“墨悠人造人”、Arxchibo的建筑类模型等。
LiblibAI表示,这些模型都是社区创作者经过长时间训练和调优的成果,具有较高的商业价值。而“一舟智能”未经授权上传和使用这些模型,侵犯了创作者的著作权和商业利益。
