2月20日,北京市迎来降雪,导致北京西站、南站、丰台站共有48趟列车晚点,受影响的旅客总数达到37619人。
In Beijing, the heavy snow on the morning of February 20th led to 48 train delays at the three major train stations – Beijing West Station, Beijing South Station, and Fengtai Station. A total of 37,619 passengers were affected by the delays.
北京市重点站区管委会与交通部门迅速采取措施,通过加强运力保障,全力确保旅客的出行安全和提供暖心服务。
The management committee of the key station areas in Beijing, in collaboration with the transportation department, swiftly responded by enhancing transportation support to ensure passengers’ safety and provide heartwarming services during the inconvenience.
面对突如其来的恶劣天气,各相关部门反应迅速,及时通过各种渠道发布晚点信息,提醒广大旅客做好相应准备。同时,各车站也增派了工作人员,为晚点列车上的旅客提供引导和服务。
In the face of the sudden severe weather, relevant departments responded quickly, issuing delay information through various channels in a timely manner to remind passengers to be prepared. Additionally, more staff were deployed at the stations to provide guidance and services for passengers on delayed trains.
虽然天气原因给旅客的出行带来了不便,但是通过各部门的共同努力,目前旅客的出行秩序井然,晚点列车也在逐步恢复正点。
