新华社北京报道，国内知名智能三维光学芯片企业「中科融合」于2023年底成功完成数千万元的战略轮融资。此轮融资由老股东万讯自控及海南明沣等共同参与投资，华兴资本则担任了财务顾问的角色。据悉，这笔资金将主要用于中科融合的先进光学智能传感核心模组工厂的建设、工业信号链芯片的研发，以及核心技术产品的优化升级。此外，公司还计划用这笔资金加强人才团队建设以及市场化推广。

It is understood that the funds will be mainly used for the construction of the advanced optical intelligent sensor core module factory, the research and development of industrial signal chain chips, and the optimization and upgrading of the company’s core technology products. In addition, the company plans to use this financing to strengthen its talent team and market promotion.
