新华社北京讯 – 人力资源社会保障部（简称人社部）近日宣布，为深化“放管服”改革，将大力推进政务服务集成，加快实施“一件事”事项清单，以实现线下办事“只进一门”、线上办事“一网通办”以及企业群众诉求“一线应答”。该举措旨在极大地简化办事流程，减轻企业和群众负担，让群众少跑腿、办事更便捷。
据人社部相关责任人介绍，此次服务集成工作将重点优化四大方面：一是政务服务事项“应合尽合”，推进部门间数据共享和业务协同；二是线上线下服务渠道“应融尽融”，构建全方位、多层次、立体化的服务体系；三是企业群众办事“应简尽简”，精简办事材料和环节，提高办事效率；四是诉求响应“应快尽快”，实现热线电话快速响应，提升服务效能。
随着这些措施的逐步实施，企业和群众将能体验到更加集成、高效和便捷的政务服务。例如，原来需要跑多个部门、提交多种材料的业务，现在有望实现一站式办理；原来需要较长时间等待的事项，现在将大大缩短办理时限。
In a bid to streamline administrative services and reduce the burden on enterprises and individuals, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) recently announced a series of measures to accelerate the integration of government services. This includes the acceleration of the implementation of the “One Matter, One List” initiative, promoting the concept of “One Door for All Services” offline and “One-Stop Online Services”, as well as ensuring “One Line Response” to address the needs and complaints of enterprises and the public. The aim is to significantly reduce the need for people to physically visit different offices and make the process of dealing with government matters more convenient.
According to officials from the MOHRSS, this service integration will focus on four key areas: integrating as many services as possible to promote inter-departmental data sharing and business collaboration; integrating online and offline service channels to build a comprehensive, multi-level, and three-dimensional service system; simplifying procedures and reducing the amount of documentation required for businesses and individuals to the greatest extent possible; and ensuring quick responses to service requests through hotline services to enhance service effectiveness.
As these measures are gradually implemented, it is expected that enterprises and individuals will experience more integrated, efficient, and convenient government services. For instance, businesses and individuals will be able to experience one-stop service for transactions that previously required visiting multiple departments and submitting various documents. Additionally, the processing time for these transactions is expected to be significantly reduced.
