Recently, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released the “Artificial Intelligence Ethics Governance Research Report (2023)” at the Ethics Governance Sub-forum of the “2024 China Academy of Information and Communications Technology ICT Deep Observation Report Conference”. The report summarizes the related concepts and characteristics of artificial intelligence ethics governance, and analyzes the ethical risks of three typical application scenarios: artificial intelligence-generated content, autonomous driving, and smart healthcare.
