国务院总理李强于2月2日向2024“中国—东盟人文交流年”开幕式致贺信。李强在贺信中表示，希望双方以人文交流年为契机，进一步深化各领域合作，增进各国人民友谊。此次人文交流年旨在促进中国与东盟国家的文化交流与合作，共有百余项活动陆续展开。其中涵盖了教育、文化、科技、旅游等多个领域。近年来，我国与东盟国家关系日益紧密，双边贸易、投资、基础设施建设等领域合作成果丰硕。中方将继续支持东盟一体化进程，推动共建“一带一路”与东盟发展规划对接，携手实现共同发展。

Premier Li Keqiang sent a congratulatory letter to the opening ceremony of the 2024 China-ASEAN Cultural and People-to-People Exchange Year. Li Keqiang expressed his hope that the two sides would take this cultural exchange year as a opportunity to further deepen cooperation in various fields and enhance friendship between the people of China and ASEAN countries. The cultural exchange year aims to promote cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, with more than 100 activities to be held. These activities cover education, culture, science and technology, tourism, and other fields.
