据中国新闻网1月31日报道，今天，南亚东南亚媒体联盟在北京正式成立。
此次成立活动由中国日报社社长兼总编辑曲莹璞和中共云南省委常委、宣传部部长曾艳共同主持。双方发表了热情洋溢的讲话，表达了对南亚东南亚媒体联盟成立的热烈祝贺和坚定支持。
中国日报社副社长兼秘书长朱宝霞也在活动中致辞，并对新成立的南亚东南亚媒体联盟寄予厚望。
云南省委宣传部副部长、省政府新闻办主任张春杰表示，南亚东南亚地区是全球最具活力和发展潜力的区域之一，希望媒体联盟能够更好地服务这一地区的人民和政府，促进地区的和平与发展。
据了解，南亚东南亚媒体联盟是由来自该地区各国的新闻机构自愿组成的非营利性国际组织，旨在加强媒体间的交流与合作，推动媒体的公正、客观报道，为增进地区国家之间的理解和友谊做出贡献。

The founding ceremony was co-hosted by Mr. Qu Yiming, President and Editor-in-Chief of China Daily, and Mr. Zeng Yan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party’s Provincial Committee and Minister of Propaganda of Yunnan Province. Both parties delivered warm speeches expressing their heartfelt congratulations and strong support for the establishment of the South Asia and Southeast Asia Media Alliance.
