据悉，李石松，男，汉族，1968年出生于云南省昆明市，曾任昆明市市长，现任云南省人民政府副省长、党组成员。他在担任昆明市市长期间，积极推动昆明市的经济社会发展，取得了显著成绩。
刘勇，男，汉族，1971年出生于云南省楚雄彝族自治州，曾任楚雄州州长，现任云南省人民政府副省长、党组成员。他在担任楚雄州州长期间，深入推进脱贫攻坚工作，助力楚雄州实现全面脱贫。
云南省人大常委会表示，李石松、刘勇同志在各自任职岗位上表现出色，为云南省的经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。希望他们在新的岗位上继续发挥优势，为云南省的发展作出更大贡献。
