据悉，此次训诫和责令接受家庭教育指导的对象主要是父母或其他监护人，涉及的罪名包括虐待、遗弃、故意伤害等。天津市高级人民法院表示，这些措施旨在加强对家庭教育的指导和监督，提高家长的教育意识和能力，保障未成年人的合法权益。
在过去的一年里，天津市各级法院积极履行职责，严格依法办案，对涉及家庭教育的案件进行重点关注。同时，法院还积极开展家庭教育指导工作，通过举办讲座、培训班等形式，帮助家长提高教育孩子的能力，引导家长树立正确的家庭教育观念。
