这趟列车采用了两组重联的CR400BF-Z型复兴号智能动车组，最高运营时速350公里。外观采用了龙凤图腾元素，车身印有上下舞动的红黄条纹，寓意“龙腾四海、凤舞九天”。该列车在舒适性、智能化等方面进行了优化升级。一等座的座椅头部靠垫头枕支持上下调节、座椅下方新增电动可调腿靠；二等座的座椅背后也新增了USB接口，座椅顶部扶手位置增加座位号指示。此外，该列车的4号无障碍车厢配备了更宽阔的通过门及无障碍卫生间、轮椅放置区等设施，并为多种服务设施增加盲文标识。
