近日，西藏自治区与北大荒农垦集团开展合作，推进异地种粮项目，旨在增加粮食储备和保障市场供应。根据合作协议，双方在西藏地区建设“西藏稻谷种植储备保供基地”，2023年落实稻谷种植基地2万亩、储备稻谷1.2万吨。
此次合作采用“飞地种粮”模式，充分发挥了西藏地区资源优势和北大荒农垦集团种植技术优势。项目实施后，不仅有助于提高西藏粮食产量，还将对当地农业产业结构优化升级产生积极影响。

Recently, Tibet Autonomous Region has collaborated with Heilongjiang Nongken Group to promote cross-region grain planting projects, aiming to increase grain reserves and ensure market supply. According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides have constructed the “Tibet Rice Planting Reserve and Supply Base” in the Tibet region. In 2023, the implementation of rice planting bases covering 20,000 mu and reserving 12,000 tons of rice.
The cooperation adopts the “fly-in rice planting” model, fully utilizing the resource advantages of the Tibet region and the planting technology advantages of Heilongjiang Nongken Group.
