News Content:
Recently, Google researchers have once again demonstrated the incredible potential of the NeRF (Neural Radiance Fields) technology. By successfully rendering a 300-square-meter room with millimeter-level accuracy in real-time using an iPhone, the team has paved the way for groundbreaking innovations in virtual reality, augmented reality, and robotics.

By ingeniously combining the NeRF technology with deep learning, the Google research team has achieved efficient real-time rendering. NeRF is an advanced method that learns scene geometry and lighting information through neural networks, and this study further demonstrates its feasibility in practical applications.

In the experiment, researchers placed an iPhone in the room to capture spatial information through the phone’s camera and rendered the 3D scene in real-time using the NeRF model. Compared to traditional methods, NeRF technology has significant advantages in rendering speed and accuracy, opening up new possibilities for real-time interactive scene rendering.
