Geely has added a new “Absolute Orange” paint scheme to its Panda Rider series, priced at 59,000 yuan, consistent with other paint scheme models. The design inspiration of the “Absolute Orange” comes from the national trend of “锦鲤” color, symbolizing endless good luck and achieving desires. The new color scheme combines orange as the base color with a dark red pearl powder.
The Geely Panda Rider series debuted in September with three initial body colors: “Confident”, “Un焦虑” and “Action”. The new “Absolute Orange” model joins the lineup. The vehicle measures 3135/1565/1655mm in length, 2015mm in wheelbase. The rear seat can be folded down to create a maximum storage space of 800 liters, capable of accommodating four suitcases.
In terms of configuration, the new model is equipped with a 9.2-inch color instrument panel, 8-inch central control screen, color-matched double-spoke flat-bottomed steering wheel, and rotary gearshift mechanism. It supports phone-free connection, App remote control, and phone Bluetooth key. Safety features include a driver’s airbag, two sets of child safety seat interfaces, and tire pressure warning.
The powertrain consists of a permanent magnet synchronous single motor with a maximum power of 30kW and a peak torque of 110N·m.
