近日,中国移动研究院携手中兴通讯在河北领克工厂、广州明珞装备等地完成了高确定性工业基站的预商用验证。此次验证表明,5G网络应用在工业控制现场具有较高的可行性,有助于5G网络向工业控制业务场景的拓展。
据介绍,本次测试的5G网络确定性能力达到8±1ms@99.999%,且通过了实际产线连续7×24小时稳定性测试。验证结果表明,高确定性工业基站解决方案可以满足工业现场控制(如PLC)所需的网络确定性能力要求。
在车辆制造过程中,采用新方案后,不同型号车体生产的切换,可通过无线化方式驱动工位卡槽移动,解决了线缆磨损问题,实现柔性化生产。在装备制造领域,5G网络性能可稳定满足产线需求,焊接产线业务7x24h运行正常且无告警,可实现工位、产线无线化和数据集中化。
中兴通讯表示,这次验证测试证实了5G网络应用在工业控制现场的可行性,将大幅推动工业界对5G确定性网络能力的认知转变。据工业和信息化部信息通信管理局一级巡视员王鹏表示,目前全国“5G + 工业互联网”的项目数已经超过8000个,5G已经由生产现场监测、厂区智能物流等外围辅助环节,深入到远程设备操控、设备协同作业等核心控制环节。

According to the introduction, the deterministic capability of the 5G network reached 8±1ms@99.999% and passed the continuous 7×24-hour stability test in the actual production line. The verification results indicate that the high-deterministic industrial base station solution can meet the network deterministic capability requirements of industrial field control (such as PLC).
In the vehicle manufacturing process, after adopting the new solution, the production switch between different vehicle body types can be achieved through wireless driving of the workstation card slot, solving the problem of cable wear and realizing flexible production. In the equipment manufacturing field, the performance of the 5G network can stabilize the production line requirements, and the welding production line operates normally 7×24 hours without alarms, achieving wireless workstations and production lines as well as data centralization.
ZTE claims that this verification test has demonstrated the feasibility of 5G network applications in industrial control scenarios, significantly promoting the recognition of 5G deterministic network capabilities in the industrial field. According to Wang Peng, a deputy director general of the Information and Communications Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the number of “5G + Industrial Internet” projects nationwide has exceeded 8,000, with 5G moving from peripheral auxiliary scenarios such as production site monitoring and factory intelligent logistics to core control scenarios such as remote equipment control and equipment collaboration.
