近日，宁夏圆满完成了国家第一批300万千瓦“沙戈荒”光伏基地建设任务。据了解，宁夏发改委表示，浙能宁东50兆瓦光伏复合发电项目日前全容量并网，这标志着宁夏在大型风电光伏基地建设方面取得了重要进展。
“十四五”以来，国家发改委、国家能源局分批次印发大型风电光伏基地项目清单，宁夏银东直流外送100万千瓦光伏项目、灵绍直流外送200万千瓦光伏项目纳入第一批基地清单。浙能宁东50兆瓦光伏复合发电项目则是银东直流外送100万千瓦光伏项目的一部分。
值得一提的是，截至2023年12月31日，宁夏新能源装机达到3600.15万千瓦，光伏装机达到2136.5万千瓦。此次光伏基地建设的完成，对推动我国新能源发展、减少碳排放具有重要意义。

It is understood that the Ningxia Development and Reform Commission announced that the 50-megawatt photovoltaic hybrid generation project of Zhe Neng Ningdong has recently been fully connected, marking an important progress in the construction of large-scale wind and photovoltaic bases in Ningxia.
Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have issued large-scale wind and photovoltaic base project lists in batches. The Ningdong DC external transmission 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project and the Lingshao DC external transmission 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project were included in the first batch of base lists. The Zhe Neng Ningdong 50-megawatt photovoltaic hybrid generation project is part of the Ningdong DC external transmission 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project.
It is worth mentioning that by December 31, 2023, Ningxia’s new energy installed capacity reached 3.6 million kilowatts, and photovoltaic installed capacity reached 2.1365 million kilowatts. The completion of this photovoltaic base construction is of great significance for promoting the development of new energy and reducing carbon emissions in China.
