Beijing, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) — The Ministry of Transport has issued the “Measures for the Administration of Express Delivery Market”, which has been passed by the 28th Ministry of Transport executive meeting on Dec. 8, 2023, and will be implemented starting from March 1, 2024. The regulations stipulate that express delivery companies must ensure the safety of packages, prevent loss, damage, and shortages of internal items, and are prohibited from throwing, stepping on packages during transportation.
