据央视报道,12月30日上午,世界海拔最高光伏项目——华电西藏5万千瓦才朋光伏项目在西藏自治区山南市海拔区间4994~5100米的地区正式投入运营。该项目总装机容量达50兆瓦,并配套40兆瓦时储能设施,投产后每年可发出清洁电能9000万千瓦时,减排二氧化碳9.2万吨。这是目前世界最高海拔光伏项目,共安装光伏板近8万平方米,配套组件3000多组,总重量3万吨。
该项目的建设经验对于推进超高海拔地区新能源开发具有重要借鉴意义。项目成功在5000米超高海拔地区应用国产光伏设备,确保设备在特殊气候条件下安全稳定运行,光电转换率达到低海拔地区同等水平。此外,项目还探索并应用高寒草甸植被保护及恢复技术,采取骡马运输及人力施工方式,最大限度减少施工对高原脆弱生态的扰动。

According to CCTV reports, on the morning of December 30th, the world’s highest solar project, the 5000-MW CaiPeng Solar Project in the海拔 range of 4994-5100 meters in the mountainous city of Lhasa, Tibet officially entered into operation. The project has a total installed capacity of 50 megawatts and is equipped with a 40 megawatt-hour energy storage system. After operation, the project can generate 9 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity per year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 920,000 tons, which is equivalent to planting 3.3 million trees on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In addition, the project successfully applied domestic solar equipment in 5000 meters above sea level, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment in special climatic conditions, and achieving the same conversion rate as low-altitude areas. Furthermore, the project explored and applied techniques for the protection and restoration of high-cold grassland vegetation, and used donkeys and human labor for construction to minimize the disturbance to the vulnerable ecosystem of the plateau.
