据美国加州奥克兰地区法官原定于2024年2月5日对这起集体诉讼案进行审理，而谷歌和消费者的律师表示他们已经达成初步和解，因此这起集体诉讼在当地时间周四被搁置了。
报道称，该诉讼要求谷歌至少赔偿50亿美元，和解条款尚未披露。律师们表示，他们已通过调解达成了一份“具有约束力”的草案，计划于2024年2月24日前提交正式和解，从而获得法庭批准。
