据财政部网站消息，为加快海河流域性特大洪水灾后恢复重建，8月19日，财政部、水利部在8月9日紧急预拨10亿元国家蓄滞洪区补偿资金的基础上，再次预拨5亿元，支持天津、河北对国家蓄滞洪区运用期间群众的农作物、专业养殖、经济林、住房、家庭农业等进行补偿。此次预拨资金将有助于加快受灾地区的基础设施建设，保障人民群众的基本生活需求，推动当地经济社会秩序尽快恢复正常。
