Prostate cancer screening and early diagnosis can improve survival rates for middle-aged and elderly men. According to Dr. Yi Dingwei, the deputy director of the Shanghai Institute of Urology and Oncology and the head of the Prostate Cancer Research Center at the First People’s Medical College of China, prostate cancer is one of the major health concerns for middle-aged and elderly men. To improve patient survival rates, experts recommend screening and early diagnosis for high-risk individuals. The World Men’s Health Day is approaching, and it is hoped that all men will take their own health seriously and discover and treat prostate cancer in a timely manner.
