根据柬埔寨当地媒体报道，本月17日，一群蒙面武装分子袭击了金边的一处监狱，成功劫持了一名正在服刑的中国籍囚犯。经过两天的搜捕，19日，警方宣布已经逮捕了7名涉嫌参与此次劫囚事件的人员。然而，令人遗憾的是，这名被劫持的中国籍囚犯已经在劫持过程中成功越狱，目前已经逃到了一个未知的国家。这是一起严重的国际犯罪案件，涉及到跨国的非法拘禁和人质绑架等罪行。我们期待国际社会能够共同合作，将这些犯罪分子绳之以法，还受害者一个公道。同时，也希望柬埔寨政府能够加强与中国的执法合作，防止此类恶性事件再次发生。
