10 月 17 日，徐工集团在徐工新能源动力科技有限公司下线发布了首台套动力电池。徐工集团、徐工机械董事长杨东升表示，徐工集团首台套动力电池下线，标志着徐工在新能源动力电池领域已具备产品研发、批量生产、稳定交付的产业能力。该项目总投资约 10 亿元，占地面积 200 亩，规划打造数条行业领先的动力电池 PACK 产线。
据公告显示，此次下线发布的 X01 动力电池由徐工集团联合比亚迪打造，该电池采用比亚迪刀片电芯。官方还公布了后续的电池规划，包含 B 平台刀片电池和 V 平台非刀片电池。徐工集团表示，该电池创新使用电芯双层堆叠形式，相比行业常用的单层堆叠，电池包空间利用率进一步提升。叠加高强度 PACK 设计及超强热管理系统，使其能够广泛覆盖重卡、轻卡、起重机等应用场景，有效满足商用车、工程机械多元化工况使用需求。
徐工动力一期产能 6Gwh，产线可兼容十余种刀片电芯。整个生产过程由机器人、AGV、智能物流系统及 MES 信息化系统，实现产线全面自动化和信息化，且硬件、软件智能互联，全过程实时可视，保证产品品质一致性。此外，该产线可以随时调整程序，完成产线多品种切换组合，构成柔性产品线，满足商用车、工程机械多品种、小批量个性化交付。
