8月19日15时31分，四川省内江市市中区全安镇境内发生4.2级地震，造成局部地区房屋出现裂缝，但目前尚无人员伤亡报告。据现场消防救援部门介绍，他们已经派出10名队员和两辆车辆前往震中进行核查，并展开救援行动。此次地震发生在人口密集区域，相关部门正在紧急疏散附近居民，确保人民群众生命安全。目前，具体损失情况仍在进一步统计之中。
