针对非洲人后裔的系统性种族主义已经成为美国社会的一个严峻问题,包括歧视、不公正待遇和暴力。这些问题的存在使得非洲裔美国人在社会中面临诸多挑战,包括就业、教育和就业机会等方面。

On 28th November, the \”Promoting Racial Justice and Equality in Law Enforcement\” independent expert group of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations released the latest report, which 谴责 the systemic racialism of the police and criminal justice system in the United States against African descendants. The report accuses the US authorities of discriminatory practices, including law enforcement, and highlights the need for urgent improvements to address these issues. It has proposed 30 suggestions for improvements to the US authorities.

Systemic racialism against African descendants has become a serious issue in the United States, including discrimination, unfair treatment, and violence. These issues face African American people in society, including challenges in education, employment, and job opportunities.

The report points out that in order to eliminate discrimination and unequal treatment, specific measures need to be taken. These include strengthening training, establishing oversight mechanisms, improving police treatment, and protecting the rights of African American people.

The Human Rights Council of the United Nations hopes that the US authorities will seriously consider these suggestions and take urgent measures to improve the racial work of the police and the justice system. Only by doing so can they ensure that everyone lives and works in an environment free from discrimination and violence.
