19日，国家防总办公室、应急管理部组织了防汛抗旱专题视频会商调度，并与中国气象局、水利部、自然资源部进行了联合会商研判雨情、汛情、旱情、灾情，同时对天津、甘肃、四川等省份的视频调度，安排部署了重点地区的防汛抗旱救灾工作。据介绍，当前我国西北地区降雨量较常年同期明显偏少，土壤失墒加速，旱情持续并有可能进一步发展。为应对这一情况，国家防总办公室、应急管理部已启动旱涝并发灾害救灾应急响应，指导相关地方做好抗旱保苗、饮水安全保障等工作。此次会议强调，各级各部门要加强协同配合，密切关注天气变化，及时发布预报预警信息，确保人民群众生命安全和社会稳定。此外，还要加强水资源合理调配，提高抗旱能力，努力减轻干旱对农业生产的影响。
