业内人士分析认为，香港市民‘北上’消费的原因主要有以下几点：一是内地市场繁荣，商品种类丰富;二是交通便利，高铁网络覆盖广泛;三是政策支持，如‘跨境一小时购物圈’等措施为香港市民提供了更多便利。
据了解，除了购物之外，香港市民还热衷于品尝内地美食、旅游度假、接受医疗服务等多种形式的消费活动。其中，广东省尤其是广州市、深圳市等地成为了香港市民‘北上’消费的主要目的地。
