大连,2月9日电 (中新社记者 杨毅) 中国自然资源部北海区海洋预报台今日发布监测数据,受近期寒潮影响,辽东湾海冰面积已达10018平方公里,覆盖该海域约三分之一,冰情达到今冬峰值。

海冰是由海水直接冻结形成的咸水冰,是极地和高纬度海域常见的海洋灾害。辽东湾地处渤海北部,地理位置特殊,冬季易受北方冷空气侵袭,出现不同程度的结冰现象。尤其在冰情严重的年份,海冰会对海上工程设施、航运和水产养殖等产业造成威胁甚至破坏。

近期,东北地区持续受到寒潮和强冷空气的影响,渤海辽东湾的冰情迅速发展。北海区海洋预报台的监测结果显示,截至2月9日,渤海和黄海海冰总面积约为20347平方公里。其中,渤海海域海冰面积约16633平方公里,辽东湾海冰面积达10018平方公里,占辽东湾海域面积的32.74%,辽东湾海冰浮冰最大外缘线为42海里。

自然资源部北海区海洋预报台海冰首席预报员黎舸表示,根据现场观测和卫星遥感信息,辽东湾海冰冰情已达到今冬的峰值,预计冰情将维持1到2日后逐步缓解。黎舸同时指出,当前辽东湾海冰冰情与常年同期水平基本一致。

北海区海洋预报台已发布预警,提醒海水养殖、渔业捕捞、海上交通运输、石油开采、港口码头以及其他海上施工作业的有关部门和公众,加强防冰抗冰工作。预报台特别提醒,在融冰期间,虽然海上浮冰范围和密集度会减小,但湾底重叠冰会破裂并向深水区漂移,过往船只和油气平台等需特别注意防范。
