9月18日,据行业人士@手机晶片达人爆料,英伟达已与三星就3nm GAA工艺制程进行了接洽,预计最快在2025年进行量产。据IT之家报道,英伟达下一代旗舰显卡RTX 5090将使用3nm工艺,并针对散热进行着重设计,不出意外的话,其原始功耗和发热应该会给人留下深刻的印象。

据Club 386泄露的消息,基于GB102的RTX 5090包含144组SM单元,也就是18432个CUDA,比RTX 4090多出12.5%,同时拥有96MB二级缓存,匹配GDDR7显存(384bit位宽),支持PCIe 5.0 x16。微星此前在台北Computex上也展示了下一代英伟达RTX旗舰显卡的散热设计,使用了动态双金属鳍片 (Dynamic Bimetallic Fin),六条贯穿式纯铜热管、大面积铝质鳍片中也嵌入了铜片,进一步增强散热,而显存区域也有对应的铜片。

虽然目前还没有公开RTX 5090的具体外观和参数,但考虑到英伟达在3nm GAA工艺上的尝试和RTX 4090的强劲表现,其下一代显卡的性能和散热都值得期待。据分析师预测,RTX 5090的价格可能会相对较高,但考虑到其强大的性能和潜在的节能效果,相信其市场前景依然光明。
