谷歌近日在 Canary 频道更新了 Chrome 浏览器，通过启用实验性 Flag 内容，在无痕模式下支持隐藏媒体数据。用户启用“Hide media metadata when in Incognito”实验性 Flag 之后，在无痕模式下访问 YouTube 等多媒体资源，不会显示该媒体的标题、来源等相关信息，仅显示“A site is playing media”。这项实验性 Flag 主要调用 MediaSessionClient API，隐藏媒体元数据并显示占位符，本次更新适用于 Mac，Windows，Linux，ChromeOS，Fuchsia 和 Lacros。这一功能的上线，让用户在无痕模式下更加安心地访问多媒体资源，保护自己的隐私。同时，这一功能也减少了广告和垃圾信息的干扰，让用户更加专注于内容本身。
