Founded in 1946 as a small family workshop in Manila, the companytransformed into a limited company in 1966 and established a factory in China in 1993. The Shanghaojia brand has steadily gained recognition and popularity among Chinese consumers.

施学理, Chairman of Shanghaojia (China) Co., Ltd., a third-generation Chineseborn and raised in the Philippines, has played a key role in the company’s success. He has incorporated elements of the Filipino Chinatown and Filipino Three Treasures into the company’s CIIE exhibition. He believes that participating in the CIIE has solidified Shanghaojia’s commitment to theChinese market.
