Intel’s Core 200U/H Series Mobile CPUs Leak:Up to 14 Cores, 5.8 GHz Boost, 45W TDP
Intel’s upcoming Core 200U and 200H series mobile processors have been leaked, revealing a lineup ofpowerful chips with impressive specifications.
According to leaker @jaykihn0, the new series is based on the Raptor Lake-Refresh architecture, differentiatingit from the previously launched Core Ultra 200V (Lunar Lake) or Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake).
The Core 200 series includes seven SKUs, with five H-series modelssporting a 45W TDP and two U-series models utilizing a 15W TDP.
The flagship Core 270H boasts a formidable configuration of 6 P-cores, 8 E-cores, and24MB of L3 cache, essentially an optimized version of the i7-13900H. Notably, the P-core boost frequency has been increased by 400 MHz.
Further analysis reveals similarities between the Core 240H and i7-13620H, as well as the Core 220H and i5-13500H. However, the Core 200 series exhibits higher clock speeds.
Here’s a breakdown of the leaked specifications:
| SKU | TDP (W) | P-Cores | E-Cores | P-Core (GHz) | E-Core (GHz) | GPU (EU) | GPU Frequency (GHz) | L3 Cache (MB) |
|—|—|—|—|—|—|—|—|—|
| 270H | 45 | 6 | 8 | 5.8 |4.1 | 96 | 1.5 | 24 |
| 250H | 45 | 6 | 8 | 5.4 | 4.0 | 96 | 1.5 | 24 |
| 240H |45 | 6 | 4 | 5.2 | 4.0 | 64 | 1.5 | 24 |
| 220H | 45 | 4 | 8 | 4.9 | 3.7 | 80 |1.5 | 18 |
| 210H | 45 | 4 | 4 | 4.8 | 3.6 | 48 | 1.4 | 12 |
| 250U | 15 | 2 |8 | 5.4 | 4.0 | 96 | 1.3 | 12 |
| 220U | 15 | 2 | 8 | 5.0 | 3.8 | 80 | 1.25 | 12 |
These leaked specifications suggest that Intel is aiming to deliver a compelling performance upgrade for its mobile processors. The higher clock speeds and increased core counts could translate into significant performance gains for demanding tasks like gaming, content creation, and multitasking.
However, it’s important to note that these specifications are based onleaks and should be taken with a grain of salt. Official confirmation and further details are expected from Intel in the coming months.
Stay tuned for further updates as we approach the official launch of Intel’s Core 200U/H series mobile CPUs.
