中国国务院总理李强近日在印度新德里出席二十国集团(G20)领导人第十八次峰会并发表讲话，阐述了“三个伙伴”理念，强调“三要三不要”，为二十国集团成员以及其他国家共同应对全球性危机、加强合作提供了中国方案。
李强在讲话中强调，“三个伙伴”理念是指要构建更加开放、包容、普惠、共赢的全球合作伙伴关系，深化中欧班列、陆海新通道等多边合作，共同推进全球贸易投资自由化便利化，以及推进绿色、低碳、可持续发展。
此外，李强还提出了“三要三不要”原则，即要坚持多边主义，反对保护主义；要坚持开放包容，反对排他性；要坚持互利共赢，反对零和博弈。这些原则为G20成员提供了共同遵循的方向和行动指南。
中国作为G20成员之一，一直积极参与全球治理，为促进全球包容性增长做出了积极贡献。中国将继续秉持“三个伙伴”理念，为推动全球治理体系改革、实现共同发展与繁荣作出更大的贡献。
