SINGAPORE, Oct. 7 (Yonhap) – South Korean President YoonSuk-yeol arrived in Singapore on Sunday for a three-day state visit, the second leg of his Southeast Asian tour.
Yoon and his wife,Kim Kun-hee, landed at Changi International Airport aboard the presidential plane, Air Force One, marking the start of their official visit.
The visitcomes as South Korea seeks to strengthen its ties with Southeast Asian nations, particularly in the context of growing regional security concerns. Yoon is expected to hold talks with Singaporean leaders on a range of issues, including economic cooperation, security, and regional stability.
