Alibaba’s Tongyi to Launch AI Video Generation Model at Yunqi Conference
Alibaba’s Tongyi lab is set to unveil a groundbreaking AI video generationmodel at the 2024 Yunqi Conference, scheduled for September 19th to 21st. This innovative model, currently in pre-registration phase on the Tongyi App and Tongyi Wanxiang PC platforms, will empower users to create videos from text and images.
The new video generation model, developed in-house by Tongyi Lab, offers two distinct creation modes:
- Text-to-Video: Users can input text prompts to generate videos based on their descriptions.
- Image-to-Video: This modeallows users to transform existing images into dynamic videos.
While the model is not yet publicly accessible, users can pre-register for early access. Upon successful registration, Alibaba Tongyi will notify users when they gain access and reward them with66 Inspiration Points (valid for 30 days).
