IT之家 Exclusive: ZeroRun, a leading Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has officially launched its C10 and T03 models in Europe, revealing their respective starting prices at €36,400 and €18,900. This move marks the expansion of ZeroRun’s global footprint, leveraging a strategic partnership with the Stellantis Group to bolster its presence in key markets outside of the Greater China region.
European Market Entry and Pricing Details
ZeroRun’s C10 and T03 models are now available in 13 European countries, including France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. The starting price of the C10 in Europe is €36,400, which is approximately equivalent to 286,000 RMB. The T03, on the other hand, starts at €18,900, or around 148,000 RMB.
It is worth noting that the starting prices may vary slightly in different countries due to varying market conditions. In comparison, the C10 and T03 are priced between 128,800 RMB and 168,800 RMB in the domestic Chinese market, and between 49,900 RMB and 69,900 RMB, respectively.
Strategic Partnership with Stellantis Group
The launch of ZeroRun’s C10 and T03 in Europe is a significant step forward for the company, as it is part of a broader strategic partnership with the Stellantis Group. In October 2023, the two companies announced a global strategic partnership, aiming to enhance ZeroRun’s sales and brand presence in regions outside of the Greater China area.
To further this collaboration, ZeroRun and Stellantis have established a joint venture, ZeroRun International, with a 51% : 49% stake. This joint venture will leverage Stellantis’ global market presence to boost ZeroRun’s sales in regions outside of China.
ZeroRun International Expansion Plans
As of the end of this year, ZeroRun International will cover 13 European markets, including Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. This will be supported by Stellantis’ extensive global sales network and brand management expertise.
From the fourth quarter of 2024, ZeroRun’s commercial operations will expand into new markets, including the Middle East and Africa (Turkey, Israel, and French overseas territories), the Asia-Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Nepal), and South America (Brazil and Chile).
