Additionally, the operator’s fixed-line phone user base reached 9.84 million, with a net decrease of 0.34 million customers in August and an accumulated net decrease of 2.62 million customers year-to-date.
China Unicom’s Steady Progress
China Unicom reported that its 5G套餐 user base reached 283 million at the end of August, with a net increase of 3.492 million customers compared to July. The operator’s Big Connection user base reached 1.091 billion, while its IoT terminal connection reached 583 million.
