REDMOND, WASHINGTON– September 12, 2024 – Microsoft has appointed Carolina DybeckHappe as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the company announced today. Happe, who most recently served as CFO of General Electricfor four years, will report directly to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
