Beijing, China – Fullpeace, an AI digital human company, has successfully secured a series A round of nearly 100 million yuan in financing. The round was led by Can璀璨 Capital and Huakun Capital, a fund associated with Huawei, with participation from investors including Huaicai Capital, Professor Lei Ming of Peking University’s Center for Artificial Intelligence Innovation, and a fund associated with Tsinghua University’s distinguished alumni. The existing shareholders also joined the round, reflecting strong confidence in the company’s potential.
The core of this round’s investment is the 1st AI platform, which boasts a high return on investment. The 1st AI platform combines digital human technology, AI, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to help users create AI digital humans with real-life-like appearances, voices, and even AI brains.
Fullpeace’s Innovative Approach to AI
Fullpeace was founded by Lin Hongxiang, who has extensive experience in the big data and AI industry, having previously worked at IBM and Baidu. In 2019, his first startup, Da Te Bao, was acquired, leading to his second venture, Fullpeace.
The company’s first product, Insurance Check, leveraged the Transformer model to generate a large number of articles and videos focused on insurance evaluations. This product not only reduced costs but also met the diverse information needs of users. From 2020 to 2021, Insurance Check became the largest content traffic platform in the insurance industry.
Expanding Horizons with AI Digital Humans
Building on the success of Insurance Check, Fullpeace expanded its offerings to various industries, including insurance,母婴, and gaming. The common thread among these businesses was the use of AI content and AI digital humans. In 2022, Fullpeace launched its AI digital human product, focusing on producing high-quality AI marketing content.
The company’s AI digital humans are divided into two categories: 3D virtual images and highly realistic digital humans. Fullpeace’s digital humans fall into the latter category. The company has developed its own large models, including image models, voice models, and some medium-parameter models for its digital human application platform.
A Win-Win Scenario for Live Streaming and Digital Humans
In 2022, Fullpeace launched its Fullpeace IP Manufacturing live streaming platform for businesses. This platform offers two types of live streaming models: one involving human hosts and the other focusing on the product itself. The latter is where AI digital humans can shine, as they can act as personalized hosts, filling the gap left by the lack of head主播 in cross-border e-commerce.
Last year, Fullpeace’s AI digital humans brought in over 100 million yuan in GMV on a single day for their partners. Currently, this business accounts for a small portion of the company’s revenue, with the majority coming from API technology output and AI video enterprise marketing solutions.
The 1st AI Platform: A Game-Changer
The 1st AI platform is a key component of Fullpeace’s business strategy. It offers two types of users: small B and large C (e.g., doctors, lawyers, and teachers) who create digital humans to assist them in their work, and C-end users who can interact with AI experts through the platform, or engage in video calls with professionals such as lawyers, insurance consultants, and health physicians.
Fullpeace offers high-quality digital humans to enterprise customers, with prices ranging from tens of thousands to several thousand yuan. In the C-end market, due to the large user base, the cost of the AI-powered computing cluster is distributed, making the cost low for users, with some scenarios even below 100 yuan.
Future Outlook
Fullpeace has achieved profitability and is expected to continue growing its profits. The company plans to allocate the proceeds from this round of financing to expand its C-end market and further develop its international business. As AI technology continues to evolve, Fullpeace is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for AI digital humans in various industries.
