近日,中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院成功实施全国首例可视化皮瓣移植术,标志着“手术台上的元宇宙”正式成为现实。

据悉,此次手术通过将全息仿生实景渲染图实时配准患者实体,在人体表面精准勾画相关区域的血管走行,可以实现“可视化、自由式的”皮瓣切取,大大缩短手术时间,同时增加手术准确性。

此次手术的患者是一位58岁的左侧舌癌患者,由于其股前外侧皮瓣的血管存在一定的变异性,仅依靠传统的手术规划,并不能精准地在术中找到可靠的穿支动脉,以确保皮瓣切取百分百成功。中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院口腔颌面外科主任范松团队运用了“元宇宙”医教研解决方案,来完成此次手术。

在手术过程中,西门子医疗双源CT重建了全息仿生实景渲染影响,并使医生看出骨骼、血管、软组织的位置关系,从而精准确定合适、正确的皮瓣区域。

此次全国首例可视化皮瓣移植术的成功实施对临床科研发展具有重大意义,未来还将拓展手术室、导管室可视化导航等应用场景,并引入常规临床。

范松主任指出,这一技术的成功实施可以大大缩短手术时间,同时增加手术准确性。此外,该技术还可以帮助医生更好地进行手术规划和操作,提高手术成功率。

元宇宙技术在医疗领域的应用正在不断拓展,未来将为医生和患者带来更多的便利和好处。
