Beijing, China – Super Typhoon Mogran, the 11th typhoon of the season, has intensified significantly, prompting the issuance of a red wave alert and a yellow storm surge alert for coastal areas in Guangdong and Hainan provinces, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources.
