Beijing, August 31 — The Africa Partner Media Initiative was officially launched in the Chinese capital on August 31, with a keynote speech delivered by Li Shulei, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, via video link.
