Polish President Duda Visits Kyiv on Ukraine’s Independence Day

KYIV,UKRAINE – Polish President Andrzej Duda arrived in Kyiv on Saturday, August24th, coinciding with Ukraine’s 33rd Independence Day, according to Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform and Turkey’s Anadolu Agency.The visit, which was not previously announced, comes amidst heightened tensions between Russia and Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the US Embassy in Kyiv issued a warning, suggesting that Russia might create trouble on Ukraine’s Independence Day, potentially increasing missile and drone attacks.
