中泰治国理政经验互学互鉴高端论坛在曼谷举办，两国深化战略合作
中新网曼谷8月24日电 (李映民 孙茹) 第二届中泰治国理政经验互学互鉴高端论坛23日在曼谷举办，来自中泰两国政府、智库、媒体、商界及青年代表共120人出席了本次活动。论坛聚焦中泰两国在治国理政方面的经验交流，探讨如何深化两国战略合作，共建命运共同体。
泰国商务部副部长潘廷·忠吉达功在论坛上表示，治国理政经验互学互鉴是泰中两国政府加强战略沟通，深化政治互信的重要机制。他强调，泰中两国应该保持对彼此发展思想、方针、政策等方面的密切关注与沟通，不断确立共识，维护共同价值。
中国驻泰国大使馆参赞赵梦涛在论坛发言中指出，中泰建交即将跨越半个世纪，两国同为新兴市场国家和全球南方国家，比以往任何时候都需要秉持战略自主，增进政治互信，深化战略合作，加强治国理政经验交流。
泰国前总理阿披实则从更宏观的角度阐述了中泰两国治国理政经验交流互鉴的重要性。他表示，中泰两国经贸、文化、教育等领域的合作成果有目共睹，两国治国理政经验交流互鉴，是中泰两国政策沟通和民心相通的基石。他呼吁中泰两国携手共同推动中国-东盟合作，多边合作机制和密切的区域合作，特别是治国理政经验交流互鉴，将推动中泰命运共同体更加紧密。

The second China-Thailand High-Level Forum on Governance Experience Exchange was held in Bangkok on August 23rd, bringing together 120 representatives fromgovernments, think tanks, media, businesses, and youth from both countries. The forum focused on sharing governance experiences between China and Thailand, exploring ways to deepen strategiccooperation and build a shared future.
Pan Ting-Chungjidakon, Deputy Minister of Commerce of Thailand, stated that the exchange of governance experiences is a crucial mechanism for strengthening strategic communication and deepening political trust between the two governments. Heemphasized the importance of maintaining close attention and communication on each other’s development ideas, policies, and strategies, constantly building consensus, and upholding shared values.
Zhao Mengtao, Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, highlighted the approachinghalf-century anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand. He emphasized that both countries, as emerging market economies and members of the Global South, need to uphold strategic autonomy, enhance political trust, deepen strategic cooperation, and strengthen exchanges on governance experiences more than ever before.
Former Thai Prime Minister Abhisit, froma broader perspective, outlined the significance of exchanging governance experiences between China and Thailand. He acknowledged the tangible achievements in cooperation between the two countries in areas such as trade, culture, and education. He emphasized that the exchange of governance experiences serves as a cornerstone for policy communication and people-to-people exchanges between China and Thailand. He called for joint efforts to promote China-ASEAN cooperation, multilateral cooperation mechanisms, and close regional cooperation, particularly the exchange of governance experiences, to further strengthen the China-Thailand community of shared future.
Wilen, Director of the Thailand-China “Belt and Road” Research Center, delivered a keynote speech, stating that historical development, civilization prosperity, and human progress are inseparable from the guidance of advanced ideas. He believes that China’s further expansion of high-level opening-up will bring more opportunities to countries worldwide.
