初步统计，葫芦岛市受灾人口达到188757人，因灾损失103亿元。8条国省干线、210条农村公路不同程度受损中断，桥梁受损187座；电力总停线路40条、总停台区3560个，29个乡镇286个村128580户居民用户受到影响；全市6条干线通信光缆损毁，县、乡、村1301处接入光缆中断。
随着道路、通信基本抢通，经过几轮逐户逐人排查，此次灾情已造成10人遇难、14人失联，此外还有1名基层干部，因救人牺牲。目前，对于失联人员正在全力搜救。
