江文豪连任桂林市台资企业协会会长，推动两岸经贸合作与文化交流
中新网桂林8月23日电 (蒋雪林 段夏兰) 广西桂林市台湾同胞投资企业协会(简称桂林市台资企业协会)22日召开会员大会，选举产生了第十三届理事会和监事会成员，江文豪连任会长。
江文豪在会上表示，回顾过去，桂林市台资企业协会在风雨兼程中不断成长壮大，每一份成就都凝聚着全体会员的智慧与汗水，也离不开各级各部门的悉心指导和社会各界的广泛支持。协会积极搭建交流平台，促进两岸经贸合作与文化交流，关注会员企业成长，提供政策咨询、法律援助等全方位服务。
展望未来，江文豪表示，协会将围绕“连接两岸，沟通政府，服务台商”的宗旨，继续加强与政府部门沟通交流，深化两岸经贸合作，促进两岸关系融合发展。同时，协会将加强服务体系建设，提升服务质量，助力会员企业转型升级，为桂林市经济社会发展贡献力量。
桂林市台办相关负责人表示，桂林市台资企业协会要充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，团结会员，用好各项惠台利民政策措施，助力更多台胞台企融入当地经济社会发展，为推动两岸关系和平发展、融合发展做出更大贡献。
据悉，桂林第一家台资企业于1988年落户，现有台资企业涉及旅游、农业、半导体等行业。其中，旅游企业有愚自乐园、桂林阳朔山水旅游开发有限公司(世外桃源)、山水遇农园等。愚自乐园被授予“全国文化产业示范基地”，世外桃源被评为首批全国农业旅游示范点。
1995年，江文豪投入资金，仿照晋代名士陶潜《桃花源记》中描绘的意境，在桂林市构建世外桃源景区。近年来世外桃源连续被桂林市评为重点旅游景区生态环境保护先进单位。

GUILIN, China, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) — Jiang Wenhao was re-elected as president of the Guilin Taiwan-funded Enterprises Association (GTFEA) at the association’s 13th membership meeting held on Tuesday.
In his speech, Jiang Wenhao reviewed the association’s growth and achievements over the years, attributing them to the collective efforts of its members and the support from government agencies and the community. He highlighted the association’s role in facilitating cross-strait economic cooperationand cultural exchange, providing policy consultation, legal assistance, and comprehensive services to its members.
Looking ahead, Jiang Wenhao emphasized the association’s commitment to its mission of connecting Taiwan and mainland China, communicating with the government, and servingTaiwanese businesses. He pledged to strengthen communication with government departments, deepen cross-strait economic cooperation, and promote the integration of cross-strait relations. The association will also enhance its service system, improve service quality, and assist member companies in transforming and upgrading, contributing to the economic and social development of Guilin.
A relevant official from the Guilin Taiwan Affairs Office stated that the GTFEA should fully leverage its role as a bridge and link, unite its members, utilize favorable policies for Taiwan compatriots, and help more Taiwanese businesses and individuals integrate into the local economic and social development. This will contribute to the peaceful and integrated development ofcross-strait relations.
Guilin’s first Taiwan-funded enterprise was established in 1988. Currently, Taiwan-funded enterprises in Guilin are involved in tourism, agriculture, semiconductors, and other industries. Notable tourism companies include Yuzileyuan, Guilin Yangshuo Scenery TourismDevelopment Co., Ltd. (World of Peach Blossom), and Shanshui Yunongyuan. Yuzileyuan has been awarded the “National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base,” and World of Peach Blossom was designated as one of the first national agricultural tourism demonstration sites.
In 1995, Jiang Wenhao investedin building the World of Peach Blossom scenic area in Guilin, inspired by the idyllic scenery depicted in Tao Yuanming’s “The Peach Blossom Spring.” In recent years, World of Peach Blossom has been consistently recognized by Guilin as an advanced unit in ecological environment protection for key tourist attractions.
Jiang Wenhao’s re-election as president of the GTFEA signifies his continued leadership in promoting cross-strait economic cooperation and cultural exchange, contributing to the economic and social development of Guilin and the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.
